This blog briefly discusses what I am working on right now to maintain my 14 year weight loss of 100 lbs.
You would think that if you had been successful for 14 years (yes I reached my 100 pound weight loss goal in 2004) in keeping the majority of that weight off, it would be easy. It’s not.
The heaviest I have been since losing 100 pounds is about 192lbs. I was 175 at goal and did get to 150 during the “Divorce Diet” days. So overall I have done extremely well, but for me, the chatter in my head about food has never stopped.
